Georgetown Lake
Situated along the Pintler Scenic Drive between Anaconda and Philipsburg in southwestern Montana, Georgetown Lake is a popular destination for scenic views and water activities. The lake - 3,000 acres (1,214 ha) in size - is surrounded by the Pintler and Flint Creek Mountains and is a favorite for fishing, camping, windsurfing and boating in summer and ice-fishing and snowmobiling in winter. Several campgrounds and lodges are located around the lake waterfront accommodation.
